Feta P.D.O. 100gr, 200gr and 400gr

The most famous traditional kind of Greek cheese. Produced in the country since the days of Homer. It is a kind of soft white cheese, which ripens and is preserved in brine. It is an important part of the Greek diet. Prepared from pasteurized sheep’s milk (min 70%) and goat’s milk (max 30%). It is slightly salty and slightly sour flavor and has a natural white colour. It is undoubtedly the king of the Greek table.
