Graviera (250gr and 3kg)

A delicious, traditional kind of Greek cheese prepared from a mixture of sheep and goat milk and cow’s milk. It is a kind of semi -hard cheese and its mass of a light yellow color interspersed with small holes. It has a pleasant aroma and delicate sweet flavor without acidity. It is consumed as table cheese and is eaten with bread and fruit or as accompaniment to the main dinner.

Kefalisio (250gr and 3kg

A kind of hard cheese with white color, compact mass with scattered small holes.Prepared from a mixture of sheep and goat milk and cow’s milk. Its flavor is pungent and slightly salty. Its aroma as with all kinds of hard cheese in low temperature is soft, but becomes more intense when it is kept out of the refrigerator. It is primarily a kind table cheese, whereas as fried it is an accompaniment to ouzo or wine.
