Following the traditional recipe, we prepare the traditional sheep’s yogurt with the “skin”. Given the appropriate temperatures that prevail at each stage of its treatment, the slight sweetness of sheep’s milk is maintained without “sour.” It is distinguished for its smooth texture, cohesiveness and standard quality, characteristics that made it be distinguished with the award Gourmet 2009.
